It would take a certain amount of luck, but we discovered last year that there's a great view of the castle at the tables outside of Casey's.

If your timing is right and you score a table near the railing, not only will you have a marvelous view, you'll be protected if rain comes through.

Yeah, we watched from the Carousel by accident one year, they are spectacular there, right above your head, but yes, you can't see the projections on the castle. It's just a different experience.
