Best Seafood/Steak Restaurant

I would like to get everyone's take on the best WDW seafood or steakhouse and what makes it that way? Additionally, which ones might I have difficulties scoring an ADR during the 1st week of December?

Fee free to include any outside of the world as well.

LeCellier is probably the best steak I have eaten anywhere. It is perfect.

On my last trip I was very impressed with the seafood at Coral Reef. I had the lobster soup was was amazing and the Mahi and Mahi (not sure of the spelling) which was very good.
