What WDW Restaurant has the best salmon dish?

It has been a while, but, I have had some really good salmon at Artist Point.

I reallly dont care for salmon but hubby had some at Artists Point that i thought was very good.

I agree the salmon at artist point is great..it was like this salmon that is kind of rare to find(can't remeber the name sorry)

I'm glad you asked this question! My husband had the best salmon of his life, two years ago at the california grill - contemporary. Now that we are going back to Disney next month, his mouth is watering already. But, the California Grill may not have it on their menu this time around...and I was just today wondering where else he could enjoy good salmon. We will be staying at the Caribbean and I noticed they had a delicious sounding salmon at Shutters.
I will be interested to see other people's comments!

I looked at the menus at allearsnet.com and the California Grill did not have a salmon dish.
