Best Salads

We are really big on salad and enjoy all types. Is there any place like salad works in Disney?

I'm assuming "Salad Works" is a salad bar type restaurant...like Souper Salad that we loved in Houston! To my knowledge there is nothing like that actually IN Disney World. There is a place in Orlando...maybe called The Big Tomato or something like that... Someone else should be able to tell you for sure.

It's called Sweet Tomaotes, North International drive, last August when we were in Orlando for 25 nights we visted ST about 7 times. It is fantastic value and great food. For 3 of us with Soda's it costs around $30(cheaper for lunch), There are some 15% discount vouchers around also.

there is also a salad area in the land pavilion at epcot. there is a large food area there with different stations. one station is where they can make a large salad for you and you can pick from several different "add ins" like a saladworks.

We love the salad at Garden Grill. It is made with veggies that they grow downstairs in the Living with the Land area. And the dressing is fresh, too. This comes with the all-you-care-to-eat skillet, though.

I had the chicken ceaser salad there and it was good and fresh. I wouldn't hesitate to order it again.

At the MK, I like the Garden Galley Salad at Columbia Harbour House.

I almost always order a salad with my table service meals. The only WDW salad I didn't like was at Sci-Fi. It was limpy iceburg lettuce and there was nothing remarkable about the dressing. All of the other salads I've had were pretty good. If you get a salad at Rainforest Cafe as your entree, keep in mind that the entree salads there are huge.

the only salad that i would never order again was the grilled chicken ceasar that i had at the sci-fi dine in theater. tasteless dressing - as if it was watered down. grissely (sp?) chicken.

My favorite salad is the Colony Salad at LTT. It is only served at lunch. It has grilled chicken, apples, cheese and pecans on a bed of greens with a honey shallot vinaigrette. Yummy!

The salads at WPE in DTD are wonderful. We also enjoy the chicken caesar salads at any CS

The chinois chicken salad at WP Express at DTD was the best salad that I have ever had at WDW.

I had an excellent salad at Leceiller on Easter. It had Filet, blue cheese, croutons.

I love the Strawberry Vinagrette dressing on the salad at LTT for dinner. It's so good. I was also a huge fan of the house dressing at Sci-Fi, but they got rid of it about a year ago and just have ranch. That salad was about the only food reason I enjoyed going there--I'm skipping it on all three of our upcoming trips.
