If you don't have a car, TAXI would be the quickest and best as there are no buses from DTD to Epcot.

Take the downtown road going past the new parking garage going straight until you hit World Drive. Epcot turn off will be the first theme park you hit.

I'd suggest turning right when you leave the DTD parking lot and then turning right onto Epcot Center Drive. From there its an easy follow the sign to Epcot's parking lot.
