Best route to BOG/Entering MK just before parade

We have an 11:50-12:20 BOG lunch. There is a 12 pm parade. What would be our best route through the parade crowds to get to BOG? We hope to be arriving at MK for 11:30. Will be RD'ing DHS 9 am, hitting a couple headliners and hopefully out of there by 10:30 and to MK for 11:30 pending Disney transportation and/or ride or line issues of course!

Sorry, yes that is kind of important info this is for 2/19 during President's week and start of Princess half marathon weekend...Originally only a 3 pm parade, but they added a 12 pm, hence my dilemma! Only time we encountered unmanageable crowds during this same week last year was due to poor planning entering the park right before fireworks, so trying to avoid that again. Thanks!

The FoF parade (which enters the park near Splash Mtn.) will not reach the Castle Hub until 12:15PM.
Walk right down Main Street (east/right side. as you face the castle, in front of the shops)
and walk over the Fantasyland bridge toward Teacups (not the Tomorrowland bridge.)
Pass Teacups.
Walk past Mermaid attractions.
Head to BOG.
