Best route to Art of Animation from MCO?

We are renting a car and I'm willing to pay a few dollars in tolls if it will get me there faster. What route do you think is fastest, most convenient, easiest, etc.?

1. South entrance to Toll 417
2. Right turn on Toll 417 west towards WDW
3. Exit 3 to Osceola Pkwy.
4. Right onto Osceola Pkwy.
5. First right after the WDW entrance arch onto Victory Way

There are some toll plazas on 417 that have attendants. Follow the signs to exit the main highway to the right to reach the attended & exact change lanes.

There is an exit toll at Exit 3 that does not have an attendant; you must have exact change. I think it is $.75.

Thanks so much! This is the same path Google Maps gave me, but man on property, Google really sucks! They seem to reroute and give weird u-turns all over. I guess the entrances to parking lots aren't obvious?
After looking at it, I think we are going to do the Sunpass with Alamo for the convenience as I am worried about accidentally running a toll booth anyway or missing the toll exit. We don't have toll roads in MN, though I've used them in IL. For $3.95 per usage day (and we're only going to need 4), I think it's worth the convenience. I will still bring change just in case though. Thanks!

Yeah, Google Maps is generally pretty good in the Orlando area. They tend to overestimate drive time, which is better than my Garmin GPS which usually underestimates (but my Garmin model does not have traffic info.)

The problem on property is that Google usually routes to the physical center of a park or resort, rather than the parking lot.
