best route Boardwalk - Pop

We're going to stroll around the Boardwalk after Illuminations on 9/26 and are staying at Pop Century. All of the parks close at 8PM (Epcot WS 9PM) that night and I expect to be at Boardwalk til 11 or 12. Bus to DTD to Pop my only choice?

I would take a cab. POP is about an 8 min drive from BW. If you take the bus to DTD from BW, you may have to wait up to 20 mins for the bus to arrive at BW, then the drive there, about 10 mins. Then you may have yet another wait for the POP bus to come. It could quite feasibly take you an hour or so to get from BW to POP this way. A cab will run you about $10, probably less. That would be my choice.

I agree with Goofy4Tink. Pop is very close to the Boardwalk, and a cab is relatively cheap. It was a few years ago, so I'm sure that the prices have gone up, but when I took a cab from the Boardwalk to Pop after a night at Jellyrolls, it cost me $6 including tip.

Thanks! We're staying at Pop in Sept. and have an ADR at Cape May (although I'm trying to get Spoodles for that night). We've never been to the Boardwalk or Pop and since we're going for free dining, I think we could splurge and get a taxi!

Just want to add that you can take a taxi from any of the Epcot resorts, Boardwalk, Yacht Club, and Beach Club. I would imagine even the Swan and Dolphin would have taxis waiting outside.

Just walk through the lobby of any of these resorts and out the main entrance. The Cast Member on duty outside will direct you to a cab or get one for you right away if not is not waiting.
