weregoingtodw - There is a desk in the corner of the lobby adjacent to the checkin by the old section at SoG. It may be where the old lobby was located. It may not be called concierge but the people there provide some of the same services. In the past I have used their help in getting PS for dinners and to arrange golfing form my Brother. They have been a big help to me in my previous trips. I will check them out on April 1 and find out what specific services they provide. Hope this helps.

I really like the idea of having some help with PS's. I take care of some of them from home...but we have a lot of admission days this vaca and I'm finding it impossible to plan for all the places we'd like to eat at while there! It's easy to do a couple really far in advance...

Is it the desk right outside the AAFES shop - down in that corner? I wondered what those ladies were doing there. That is great if they can help with PS's!

That's the one. I believe, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, the main differences in PS is that the WDW resorts concierge hold some spaces at certain restaurants for concierge. SoG does not do that. They will just check with the restaurants that you are interested in and make a PS for you if there is availability. I would still make my PS at home if it is a die for restaurant like Cindy's breakfast.

Thanks - that's good to know! I don't usually make PS's before we leave, because I'm never sure exactly what we'll be doing/when, etc. It would be nice to say "hey lets eat at ____ later this week" and have help making a PS, though! I'll remember that for next trip!
