Best room rates Presidents week?

Either Historically, or for this coming year, what room rates have you gotten? I've been trying priceline for a couple weeks now (4* - $60-65) and no luck. Unless on site comes out with a special, that's out. Anyone a President's week veteran? Will some specials come out in Jan?. I've made a backup reservation at Country Inn and Suites Calypso Cay for $59/night, but would really like to get any priceline resort hotel or get on site, if I can get it for under $100.

I have Boardwalk studio that I will be unable to use. Check in is Feb. 16, five nights. At $750 with no tax for the five nights it is still more than $100 a night but way less than Disney's $394 plus 11% tax rate. And the location can not be beat.

Nuthut, Thanks for the offer. But we don't arrive until the 18th. I'd be really interested in the 18th for three nights if we could get it closer to the $10-$12 point range....
