Peter Pan's Flight: Flying over London - Only because I haven't been on Dinosaur in years.
Fantasmic!: Steamboat Willie - For the sole reason that the Graveyard scene, while cool when looked at as a whole, really feels cheap when you look at individual portions.
Pirates of the Caribbean: burning city - I don't like COP.
It's a small world: final "white" room/carnival - Heaven room trumps all.

Haunted Mansion: Ballroom scene - One of the most memorable rooms in Disney.
Spaceship Earth: Rome burning - The smell.
Expedition Everest: end of the tracks - SDMT was generally a let down to me, and the mine scene is no different.

Although I love EE, the animatronics actually work on 7DMT.
Had to vote for PotC vs IASW since the "white" room is all of the children dying from the atomic bombs and playing together in heaven.
Had to vote for Soarin' and the orange groves, since the Splash "finale" is just all of the left over animatronics on a barge they couldn't find a place for in other scenes.
Ballroom scene vs. rain, rain, rain was probably the hardest choice for me.
