Best room category to book/GCH

Hi all,
Hoping for some expert opinions. Which do you think is the best room category to book if I want to avoid the noise from Downtown Disney as well as DCAs early morning announcements? I don’t know if they still do them but I recall one trip we were awoken each morning bright and early with PA announcements. View is secondary to quiet but being close to the Napa Elevators would be a plus!

Hello, we followed recommendations here and have found the Woods/Courtyard views rooms to be very peaceful. They look into the interior courtyards and usually have a small balcony with seating. You can request a room near the Napa Rose elevators at check-in. This is not guaranteed, but we’ve been lucky a few times, and it is great to be so close to the park entrance! Also, being close to the stairs is helpful if you are physically able to use them, because the elevators may have a wait at times. Enjoy!

Woods/Courtyard view seems best for what you’re looking for.

Standard view is my favorite. I like that the rooms are almost all close to the lobby. They've always been very quiet for me.
