Hi all. I'm looking for a recipe to roast chicken breasts in the crockpot - I've tried loads of the recipes on the corckpot thread, but what I want for tomorrow is the effect of roast chicken (I don't want to go out in the snow to buy a whole chicken when I have portions in the freezer
) so I'm looking for chicken that is either cooked in its own "gravy" or that I could serve with gravy without the flavours clashing. DH wants chicken parmesan again but I think its sort of weird with roast potatoes and cheesy leeks
