You'd have to do the programs daily and really stay on top of it. Awhile back someone was going to figure out average daily points then how long it would take to cash out at each program but I've never seen a completed list.
Milesource has about 27 daily points at the moment and you need 3500 to get a $25 SuperCertificate which would take 130 days.
Blink is averaging around 1700-2000 a day but has different cash out levels: such as Webcertificate for $5=53,000 pts, $10=96,000pts, while McDonalds is $5=60,000pts, $10=98,000pts, Red Lobster is $5=53,000 pts and $20=182,000pts.
MyPoints will be very slow now that the holidays are done but they are reliable and pretty quick with their rewards. If you sign up here be sure to check the place to receive unlimited emails from them......most of my points from them come from emails worth 5 or 10 pts.
Millers, CR, ATR and Click to the Magic are probably about the same cash out level so you could probably get at least $10 in some form from them before your trip. Try to do Sklif when they have double points and do the searches plus daily banner visits. Click to the Magic has daily Disney trivia too.
If you did all the programs religiously each day you could probably get around $100 extra for the trip. Some sites will let family members in your household join as your referral too (Milesource) while others you can refer family and friends that do not use your ISP and computer to join under you which boosts your daily points at some places.
