Best restaurants open at Disney World now for sit down

Hi going back to Disney soon and can’t wait!
however in going to make dining reservations a good number of our favorites still haven’t opened yet. Looking for a good meal me and my wife for a nice sit down, recommendations please?

Topolino's Terrace is my favorite restaurant on property, and it's open.
California Grill is excellent.
Le Cellier is another good option.

We lost a few reservations with closures at our must do's like Boma, California Grill brunch, and O'Hana, but we have reservations at a few of our favorites still! Including California Grill dinner, Le Cellier, and Homecomin'.
