Best restaurants, multiple allergies

A friend of mine has 7 yo twins and is heading to WDW in August for the first time. I am planning their itinerary for them. Can anyone advise the best restaurants that would work with the following allergies? I know they are all good, but any help would be appreciated. They are staying at the BCV if that is a factor.

eggs
peanuts
tree nuts
peas
beans, except string beans, chick peas, and soy
cantaloupe
raw carrot
sesame

My mom has a shellfish allergy. My sister made all ADR's and when we had non-buffet menus we had the chef come out and talk to my mom.
All was good and they were very helpful.

Any restaurant will be find, just let them know ahead of time with what is a laundry list of aliments. It will help them prep to make something to fit needs. You'll find most Disney restaurants will avoid having peanuts in the kitchen. However, a lot of them will offer bread service that is made in a facility that contains nuts, soy etc. If there is a cross-contamination issue - Never eat the bread.

All are good. We go with my cousin, and her daughter is highly allergic to eggs, dairy, and peanuts. We just call the WDW dining hotline and tell them. They make a note on all of our reservations. The chef comes out and talks to us, so they can prepare a meal for her.

I had a friend many years ago who had a difficult time getting soy milk at Crystal Palace(ds had a dairy allergy), she had to go to one of the stands and they gave her the milk for free, so all was good. Again this was many years ago and pixie dust was waved so all was good. Long story short, if you want soy milk, you need to ask if it is on the menu.
