hi guys

I am always stumped when we are at Disneyland as to where to call for room delivery. I usually just end up calling some place that I have found a brochure for. Sometimes it's not great food.

So can anyone recommend good food that delivers to local hotel rooms. Especially pizza and Chinese but any other good places would be great too.

Thanks

It's been a bit since we've gone but Carolina's Italian has always had good food when we've gone. Though depending on when you call you may have to wait a bit for delivery (lunchtime delivery can take up to 30-40 minutes from experience). But they do come straight to the room with the food.

Seconding Carolina's. A number of Chinese, Thai, Mexican etc. restaurants nearby deliver. Google "Anaheim food delivery" and it gives you a pretty good list.

Yeah I sometimes do this. It's kind of a pot luck that way though. I'd like to have some tried and tested, recommended places so I don't have to just pick some random place with possibly awful food

We like Panda House. Really good food, consistently, for multiple trips now. They are super fast too! Large portions, we order one of the family meals and have leftovers...delicious!!

Does Round Table Pizza deliver to the Grand Californian?

Marri's Pizza. Really good!
They have a very nice menu on their web page.
We always call and have pizza delivered to our hotel, the family loves it. A large pepperoni delivered to DLR is less than $20! They call when they are on their way and we meet them in the lobby or at bell services.

We have learned to call about an hour before we want (need) a pizza delivered, they are often extremely busy.
If it's a Friday or weekend day more than an hour is advisable.

It's nice to be able to feed my crew for such a reasonable price. And it's food they all enjoy.

Google (maps at least) shows star reviews. If it has a high star review on google, I usually check it out on yelp or tripadvisor for more reviews because they're more thoroughly used. Those reviews were very accurate for me when I used them. All highly rated places we tried were very good as their reviews said they would be.

What style is Marri'a pizza? Is it part of a franchise like Pizza Hut?

It's not part of a franchise. Great food and nice people who also work there.
Pizza style not really thin but not deep dish either. Very large portions for pizza and pasta. We always visit at the restaurant or call for room service and we usually have plenty of left overs for another meal. Starting Friday after 4:00 homemade clam chowder....really really good.

We order Round Table from the Grand all the time. You just have to meet the driver outside in front of the hotel.
