Best restaurants for non-meat-eaters?

Hi all

We are travelling to WDW this summer and for the first time we have a dining plan so I'd like to start booking restaurants.

We keep kosher at home, so apart from the times when we will order the kosher meals, we will only eat vegetarian or eat kosher varieties of fish (those with both fins and scales, so nothing like swordfish and no shell fish either).

What are the best restaurants to go for in these circumstances?

Are there any that we should avoid?

Thanks

Any of the restaurants will accommodate your dietary needs if you let them know in advance and remind them when you check in. I'm vegan and never have any problems at any WDW restaurants. Some of my favorites are O'Hana and Kona at the Poly, Boma and Jiko at AKL, Sci-Fi lunch, Crystal Palace lunch, and Coral Reef. The worst meals I have had were Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace breakfast, and Cinderella's Castle.

Really?! I assumed it would be heavy on the (forbidden) shellfish. I'll check out the menu.

Thanks, and keep the suggestions coming.

Here's a list with menus from all the restaurants. Check out what looks good to you! http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm

Off the top of my head, I would suggest these table service locations:
Sanaa
California Grill
Flying Fish Cafe
Citricos
Jiko
Boma
Crystal Palace
Wolfgang Puck Cafe

And these counter service:
Sunshine Seasons
Columbia Harbour House
Cosmic Rays - I know they serve kosher meals here.
Tangierine Cafe
Wolfgang Puck Express

I would strongly urge you to contact WDW Special Diets. They are very accommodating. After you make ADR's, call them and have your dietary restrictions noted on your reservations. They will also send you lots of info about standard snacks, ingredients, allergens, etc.
