I posted this on the Disney restaurant board, but I thought I might have more luck here since this is the Family board.

DS(10 months) has just started to eat finger foods. He has 2 teeth, so gums his food. He still eats baby food, but prefers finger foods. He likes cooked veggies like carrots, green beans, peas, and potatoes. He has been able to eat some meat if it is really soft. I've noticed that most of the restaurants at WDW serve cooked veggies mostly crunchy. Would they take a special request for mushy veggies? He has eaten at Biergarten and did really well. Any other suggestions? Where besides the contemporary food court and beaches and cream can you get a grilled cheese? He is not a picky eater. He will eat anything soft that goes near his mouth. Only food he doesn't like are peaches and apricots. We found a kid's meal of turkey wraps and mandarin oranges at the Pinocchio Haus at MK. He did really well with that. Is that on the menu anywhere else?

Our DD will turn 10 mos during our trip. I plan to take several jars of gerber graduates veggies and fruits as well as cheerios because you never know what you will find.

That said, I know you can find something at any buffet---mashed potatoes, plain noodles, bread, veggies, etc.

I'm sure the restaurants will be accommodating, but the fast food places just do not offer baby friendly food.

We will bring enough to cover all meals. I like to be prepared!!! And I sure don't want to sit down to eat and have nothing for DD!!!!!

That is so true! Carrot sticks just don't cut it when the child doesn't have many teeth, and french fries just aren't good for them.

We did a few more buffets when DD was small so there is more variety of food and the cost seemed to even out -- we paid more, she was free.
