Best Restaurant to Celebrate Birthday?

My best friend and I are going to be at Disney in April and it’s right around her birthday. What would be a great restaurant to go to that is not in the parks to celebrate?

I second California Grill - I would try to time it for fireworks. It’s an amazing experience. Request a table by a window.

They actually have a reservation open but it's right after the fireworks. Would they let us in early just to be able to go out on the balcony to view them before our reservation?
