That really depends on the servers working that night.

To be honest, one restaurant isn't better than the rest at this. It is up to the servers how "into it" they get. And that can change any given day/night, as servers are human.

The best thing for you to do is decide where you would like to eat, what menu appeals to him and you the parents then go there. Also note his birthday celebration on the ressie and remind them at check in that you would like to have the song sung to him. Any restaurant should be accomidating.
