I am looking for a great restaurant to try in the World Showcase. We will only be taking my DS-13 and DS-9, and not our DD-15. That said, I really would like to try a good TS restaurant, that still would have something like mac & cheese, etc. for the younger DS. Any suggestions?

Beirgarten buffet...something for everyone, great music and dancing, great atmosphere and fantastic food

le cellier is a favorite on the boards, though we find it just average.
our personal favorite is tutto italia (new restarant in italy) ~ expensive (only 1 TS credit on the DDP tho), authentic & delicious.
chefs de france & biergarten (germany ~ a buffet with a band for entertainment) are also very good. morrocco has "unusual" food, & a belly dancer.
personally, we enjoyed san angel inn (mexico), though many do not care for it.
the only restaurant i would definately not recommend is rose & crown.

if you're going for total atmosphere & lots of fun, my pick would be biergarten. absolutely best food would be tutto italia.
hth :)

We like LeCellier a lot!

We ate at Les Chefs de France and were horribly disappointed. The food wasn't good, the service was horrible, and it was crowded and noisy. The person who seated us told us that the broken high chair would be fine for our 2 year old. We had to try to tie him in because he refused to get a different high chair for us. It got worse from there.

I would try Biergarten if I wasn't looking for a relaxing evening, but instead was looking for fun!

LeCellier is tops for us
Biergarten or Rose and Crown would be second

Just ate at Biergarten last week and LOVED it!!!! The food and entertainment were great!

We really like the Japanese restaurant, Teppan Edo, where they cook in front of you. Our DS 6 loves it. The ginger dressing on the salad is deeeeeeeliscious!

All the choices mentioned before are good, but San Angel Inn has great atmosphere and decent food.

We enjoyed biergarten also. We did not like San Angel inn. Being that we are from Texas we are more picky about Mexican food.

Our favorites are San Angel Inn and Le Cellier. Those we eat at often. We tried Tutto Italia in November and really didn't like anything about the food. Terrible. Even the mozzarella/tomato salad (caprese) was horrible.

We're not into German food, but have heard Biergarten is delicious.

I agree with everyone who said Biergarten. The buffet has something for everyone, and the food is always really good. The atmosphere is fun, especially if you happen to be there for one of the performances by the oompah band.

In years past, I would have chosen Rose and Crown as my favorite, but their menu and quality of food have both changed so much recently (for the worse) that I can't bring myself to go there anymore.

Right now it is San Angel for us. But we are gonna try Morocco this year and see how that goes.

Marrakesh was the only restaurant we had not eaten at in Epcot until January that is. Our vegetarian daughter was running the marathon and wanted to eat there because a friend of hers recommended it. The dinner was quite good the service was excellent and the entertainment was good. Enjoy the rose water if you go.

Your going to hear lots of different opinions on here... If i was you id look at allears.net and see the menus and choice what you like best ... my favorite is le cellier.

My favorite is Le Cellier, which is also probably the least exotic of the WS restaurants.

thank you, everyone, for the votes for Biergarten, but we have been there twice, and liked it, but would like something new to try this time
