Best Restaurant in the Boardwalk/Epcot Resorts Area

Flying Fish. Even my picky eater enjoys it there and is requesting it again for our next trip.
Shula‘s is very, very good but I’m not sure if they have a children’s menu.

Since OP mentioned a mid-week visit to the BW area, I wanted to note that Flying Fish is closed on Monday and Tuesday (since the re-opening). Subject to change in the future as staffing and dining traffic pick up, I assume.
