I was considering eating at one of the restaurants within either USO or IoA. Any suggestions or reviews would be greatly appreciated. Also, will I need to make ADRs? Keep in mind this is for three and a half weeks from now! Thanks!

We have had good luck with just walking up at sit down restaurants. DH seems to like the Irish Pub the best -- Finnegan's Bar & Grill. Anything with potatoes is an alright meal for him. :rotfl2: Finnegan's is across the street from The Mummy.
We have also eaten at the restaurant on the right, shortly before Jaws. Had some sort of wharf name possibly? It is on the lagoon and has tables in the back on a deck. I think a lot of people eat there to watch the 360 lagoon show.
The prices at both are reasonable.
And all the eateries we have been to allow AP discounts. :thumbsup2
We grabbed a buger last night at Richter's Burger Co. Not bad. Just a typical burger and fries joint. But they had a toppings bar.

Mythos is incredible. Very gourmet and not a place you would ever expect to find in a theme park anywhere. There are little restaurant booths here and there (one in CityWalk on the way to IOA and one on the bridge to get to the Hulk ride from the main entrance) where you can make a reservation. We did this for Mythos. We made it two or three days out from the day we wanted to eat.

Other than that, another big vote for Finnegan's at Studios. If that's not your cup of tea, we've also had good burgers at Richter's and good seafood dishes at Lombard's.

We've never made any reservations in any of our visits to USO/IOA/City like we have to at WDW, but we do go during off season.

If you can swing it, you should try some of the places at Citywalk, too. Lots of real good places there, too :)

We really like Confisco's at IOA and have never needed a reservation. I also like Louie's Pizza in UO. I haven't tried Mythos or Finnegan's.

As you walk into City Walk, there's an information stand that can make a reservation for any of the restaurants. It's in the middle of the walk way near the escalators that go up to the 2nd floor.

Mythos is good for lunch. If you can wait a few minutes when you arrive, ask for a table in front of the big window. Then you'll have a view of the lagoon with Hulk and Dr. Doom running. It's like watching a movie.

One more vote for Mythos. We just reserved at the restaurant booth upon entering. The tortilla soup was yummy :thumbsup2

thanks so much for everyone's suggestions! I was very curious about finnegans but we'll be having our first ADR at raglan road at disney so I figured it would be too similar. There's so many rave reviews for Mythos I think we're probably going to end up trying there!

When the parks close early Mythos sometimes closes by 3:00> YOu may have to eat lunch there instead of dinner.

Raglan Road is nothing like Finnegan's. Raglan is far more up scale. A single shot of 18 year old single malt scotch is 24 or 26 dollars. The food is wonderful and the desserts are great :smooth:
