We will be visiting WDW in early September '08 (staying off-campus). My son will turn 4 during our trip, and we have several relatives who live in Florida who would like to celebrate his birthday with us. If we were to celebrate at a park, which restaurant would you recommend for a group of up to 15 people (ranging in age from 4 to 65)? Lunch would be fine, or an early dinner, since he is a little guy and would get too tired eating a late meal. Thanks in advance.

Hi, WELCOME to the DIS Boards!!:wizard: If you were going to be in the MK I would recommend the Crystal Palace. I think it would be perfect for a 4year olds:bday: with the Pooh characters and being a buffet. Plus the food is YUMMY!! Joan

Hello and welcome! We had a large group last summer and we found these places to be great:

In Magic Kingdom : Crystal palce ( a 4 year old i think will enjoy the pooh characters as well)

Poly: OHana (only a short monorail ride from MK and a nice break)

Wilderness Lodge: Whispering Canyon Cafe (short boat ride to WL from MK)

We did Chef Mickeys at the contemporary with 13 and it was fabulous! We all sat together and there a huge variety of food. From Magic Kingdom we just took the monorail over.

Biergarten is good for large groups - go for the show - it's lots of fun. They have big long tables and our large group (with kids) had fun there.

I really like the buffet, and it's cute like the Mexico pavilion, it feels like you are outside
