best restaurant for crabcakes?

We had them for the first time last week at Narcoossee's and they were delicious! Very little filler, all fresh crabmeat. DH and I regretted only getting one order, we BOTH should have ordered the crab cakes! I got the buttermilk shrimp, which were good but not nearly as good as the crab cakes.

For a 1TS restaurant, I've heard the 50's Prime Time Cafe has a good crab cake and so does the Liberty Tree Tavern's lunch menu - although I haven't personally had either of them yet.

DH and I have enjoyed them where ever we have had them. Olivia's. LTT, Kona, and Capt.'s Grille.

My DH has been pleased with the crabcakes at GF Cafe.

I absolutely loved the crabcakes at Fultons!!! Wouldn't mind having one again.

It's offsite, and about 900 miles north of Orlando. :lmao:

Kona is #1 for me

wolf gang pucks upstairs restaraunt would be my second. Nothing else in this rest though was worth the money.

Goodfaries is exactly right!!
If you mean a GOOD Maryland style jumbo lump backfin crabcake, broiled and with just a hint of Old Bay, the answer to your question is "None".

IF you've never had one of those, then what you get at WDW may be ok. If you've had a real crabcake, you will be disappointed at anything you find at WDW.

It's funny my disney book I get every time I'm going to plan a trip which is Birnbaum's guide for the past 4 books or something has said that the Stone Crab lounge at Fulton's crab house has the best crab cakes... I don't eat them just thought I'd pass that along.
