Best Restaurant at EPCOT

We like Le Cellier, Marrakesh, and Rose & Crown. We had bad food and very bad service at San Angel Inn and good food, but bad service at Alfredos. We've had breakfast and dinner at Akershus in Norway and while OK, not a place we're running back to. Biergarten was also OK, but again not a must.

We're trying Chefs de France in Sept, which will be a new experience for us. In fact I cancelled Le Cellier to get the Chefs ADR. I hope we're not sorry!

Les Chefs.

We actually had the hard to get Le Cellier reservation for last Thurs night but were too stuffed from the excellent appetizers in AKL concierge. We ended up eating snacks from around the world... Anyway, we'll have to book Le Cellier again and really go next time. We also fell in love with San Angel and want to try it next time too.

I would have to say Le Cellier. Fantastic food and I have yet to read a bad review on it. Marrakesh was OK. We are try the one in Japan in December. Rose and Crown is OK but if you are in the mood for Italian do Alfredos. But hands down Le Cellier!!

Le Cellier (Canada) is best. Alfredo's is good, but is a rip off when they charge $25 for a small plate of noodles.

Le Cellier has excellent food and the service has always been perfect for us. :thumbsup2

And San Angel has been a favorite too; however on one occasion we did have a server who just wasn't up to par. But that also was maybe 3 years ago. Other than that we've always had good food and service there. Plus we just love the atmosphere!!! :sunny:

Slightly OT but for those who like San Angel Inn...what do you recommend? I made a ADR simply because it looked like such a cute place. But now I don't know what to eat

So far we have not eaten anywhere in World Showcase that we would not visit again (have not yet eaten in Morocco, China, Mexico or England). That being said, our traditional start of our trip begins with the Garden Grill for lunch with Mickey - the potatoes are excellent! For dinner, they are all different and likely you will be able to eat at any of them and enjoy the food depending on your tastes. If I had to pick only one for dinner, it would likely have to be Le Cellier - steak is excellent!

I just got back after 2 weeks and this is a hard one. I couldn't get into Canada as it was booked and I didn't PS it. We ate almost everywhere though and I always love France and Mexico but this is really a tough one. We actually did alot of the counters because believe it or not those foods can actually be better like the fish and chips in England were excellent and even the counter in Japan. But I guess if I had to choose one restaurant I would say France.

Have to vote for Le Cellier too. The meal was amazing - every last morsel - and the service was great.

Have only done Garden Grill and Le Cellier so don't have much to go on but Le Cellier is out of this world great! Chedder cheese soup is as good as advertised on this board many times.

We've only eaten at the Electric Umbrella (ok), Cantina de San Angel (liked it), San Angel Inn (loved it!), Sommerfest (liked it), Tangierine Cafe (did not like it), and Sunshine Seasons (loved it - great choices).

I'm looking forward to trying Le Cellier, Tempura Kiku, and the Garden Grill next trip.

Wow! That's a tough choice...we've never had a bad meal at Le Cellier. Rose & Crown is terrific when you get a seat outside and can watch the fireworks. I think the Nine Dragons Sampler for Two is a great deal and their food is delicious too. I also like Alfredo's when it's cool enough to sit outside at dusk and enjoy the ambiance.

I could never pick just one!

My favorite CS is The Lotus Blossom Cafe in China. The Orange Chicken Rice Bowl is delicious and only about $6.49. The Shanghi Chicken is also very good. The Electric Umbrella had a really good Turkey Panini the last time I was there.

I do think that Le Cellier is the best restaurant in the World Showcase. We also really love Garden Grill the food is wonderful. It's a must do for us.
