We love the Poly and Contempary, and Animal Kingdom was very nice as well. If you are wanting something for a bit less money, we really enjoy Port Orleans-Riverside. There are so many different ones to chose from that it can make it difficult. Do you know which park you plan to spend the most time in? Does your party really enjoy animal life? Choices, choices...lol.

As a solo adult that travels a lot to WDW and DLR I prefer the deluxe resorts and my favorites are Bay Lake Tower for it's convenience to Magic Kingdom. Animal Kingdom Village for the beautiful resort and animals which makes me feel like I am on safari, Boardwalk for the pool and it's convenience to Epcot and closer to me at Disneyland I like the Grand California because well it's the only deluxe Disney resort in the parks.
