It's a tough choice because it really all comes down to person preference. Of the choices in your poll, I have stayed in concierge at the BoardWalk Inn, Polynesian, and Yacht Club. I enjoyed each one tremendously, and they each had different advantages. Here are my thoughts on the three:
BWI--I stayed here for part of my honeymoon this past December. The lounge is very nice and elegant, but pretty small; however, it was never crowded while we were there, and there were a few times when we were the only people in the lounge. The only times we sampled the food offerings were evening appetizers and evening desserts. The appetizers were quite tasty (if I recall, they had one hot item and a veggie and fruit tray, as well as some things for kids). The desserts were good, but there wasn't a huge selection. There is a desk for concierge cast members to sit at in the lounge itself, as well as one down the hall a bit. The cast members we encountered were friendly, and the pre-planning staff was very helpful.
Poly--I have stayed here twice--Dec. 2001 and Dec. 2002. This concierge has my favorite food offerings by far. We are picky eaters, and there were lots of tempting things during our stays. Plus, I think the food offerings here are a bit more abundant than at the other concierges I have visited. The lounge is large (there are actually 2 stories) and has a view of Cinderella Castle. The cast members here were very nice and helpful as well. The breakfast was nice, as were the evening appetizers and desserts. They had bottled waters and soft drinks out all day when I was there, but I'm not sure if this is still the case.
Yacht Club--I stayed here in Dec. 2002. The lounge here is also elegant, and seems to have quite a bit more seating than the BWI lounge. The staff here was the friendliest I have encountered at a lounge so far. We received excellent service! The food offerings were plentiful for midday snacks. We found the evening appetizers to be a bit too gourmet for our taste (I remember them serving bacon wrapped scallops, for example), but don't let that sway you since we are not adventurous eaters at all.
Hope that helps!
