Best Resale Site?

DH and I live in AZ, and while we'd love to add on to our current DVC purchase at the Grand Floridian Villas, we would utilize the Grand Californian much more frequently.

Is there a preferred site for purchasing a re-sale contract? I know Disney has bought back a few of these contracts- do they at times re-open sales at once closed locations?

VGC is not closed Disney still sell points but they have quite a long waiting list. Might well be quicker going resale. We bought ours resale while on the wait list at Disney.

There is no single best site for resales. Just use Google to search and choose several different to search for the inventory you want.

We used The Timeshare Store and could not have been happier with the entire process.

We have a contract waiting for ROFR right now and we went through Rachel at DVD Magic Resales and have been very happy with her and the communication. Now, just crossing our fingers we get through. Should hopefully hear in the next 2 weeks.
