Best request at SSR???

First stay as a DVC member and we're staying at SSR..what would be the best room request for a deluxe studio?

Depends on what your family wants to do:
Closest to DTD - CP.
Closest to the main swimming area/spa/resturants - Springs.
Quietest - Grandstand or Carosel.

We would like to be as close as possible to food courts and a bus stop... Maybe a pool. Thank you

We were there in January and had a deluxe studio. We loved it's location. While Congress Park would have been our first choice we were right across from the Congress Park bus stop in the Paddock. We were close to a quiet pool which is behind the bus stop and close to the bridge to DTD. We were a short walk to the big Paddock pool and the Carriage House Food court and big pool. By short walk I would say it was less than 2 blocks. We were there 2 weeks and loved this location.

The Grandstand would put you close to the Carriage House (check-in area, restaurants) and the main pool area. The Grandstand section also has it's own pool with a bar with a limited food menu. The Grandstand is also the first stop for Theme Park buses.

DD's focus was the ESPN and DTD during Superbowl weekend. We requested Congress Park. She said the location has great walking access to DTD and the Marketplace bus stop for access to the Boardwalk/ESPN. She loved the quiet pool for recovery before heading home post Superbowl activities.

the only area IMO that doesn't seem to have any "pros" is carousel
