Best rate for Polynesian Concierge?

What is the best rate you have ever received for Polynesian concierge (either GV or LV) during the value season? Right now I have a Come Back rate of $261 inc. taxes for GV in Nov. This is already a stretch for us but it will be our 20th Anniversary and am wondering if we could swing lagoon view. We will be staying either 9 or 10 nights with 3 kids (still trying to convince DH on the 10th night). Anyone ever split your stay at the same resort between GV and LV or is this more of a hassle?

We paid $246/night for garden view concierge during regular season a couple of years ago. This was an annual passholder rate.

I remember seeing gv conc. for $219 plus tax in the past year.

We stayed GV concierge last December 19-25 for $195/night plus tax, which was 50% off rack rate. This was a special Military rate, but I believe that it was also offered to AP holders. December 19 was the last day of Value Season but if you checked in by that date you got value rates for your entire stay.
