Best rate at the Dolphin?

We are thinking about staying at the Dolphin for 2 nights before we check into the BWV. I was just quoted an AP rate of $175...but I can get a AAA or government rate (Df works for the state) for around $160. Is $160 the best I am going to do in February ?? Thanks!!
