Best Quick Serve Restaurants

I know I've seen this before, but I can't find it now. What are the best QS places in each park (not including the water parks)?

IMO:

MK: Cosmic Ray's and Pinnochio's
AK: Pizzafari
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons
DHS: Backlot Express and Pizza Planet

I agree with above poster adding Peco Bills in MK
Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich in DTD

My choices are somewhat different:

MK: Columbia Harbour House/Cosmic Rays
Epcot: Tangierre (best value)/Sunshine Seasons
DHS: Pizza Planet/Backlot Express
AK: Flame Tree BBQ
DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express (excellent value!)

MK: Cosmic Rays or Columbia Harbour House (sit upstairs and enjoy a quiet lunch)
AK: Flame Tree BBQ- we crave this. My sixteen year old mentions this restaurant at least twice a week.
HS: Pizza Planet
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons
DTD: Earl of Sandwich

We keep going back to these again & again.

Epcot: Electric Umbrella.

Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary.

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue & Pizzafari.

Downtown Disney Marketplace: Earl of Sandwich.

What are you looking for? How do you define "the best?"

Food quality? Value? Atmosphere? Variety? Some other criteria (like "Quietest place to nurse my newborn"?)

MK CHH
Epcot Yorkshire Fish Shop ( DH still says this is his favorite WDW meal ever including California Grille, and BOMA )
DHS - none, really there is no counter service there I like
AK Flametree I love sitting by the water, and the chicken is superb
DTD Earl or WP Express.
