Anyone used the best price guarantee?
Supposedly if you buy tickets on the official Universal site, you can get a refund of the difference in the form of gift card (you can spend at resort) if you find a lower price online from another authorized reseller.
I called the main ticket line and asked about this and the agent insisted it was only if the price on the Universal site went lower, and I told her that's not what the T&Cs say. I then gave up and called the number listed on the T&C page.
I told the agent I wanted to buy from their site but I wanted verify that my lower price would be matched first because otherwise I would just buy from Undercover Tourist. She was very evasive and would only say that they have matched prices from them before.
Anyway, just wanted to know if anyone had any good/bad experiences with this process.
