Another vote for the microfiber sheets from Costco. Luxuriously soft, no wrinkles at all and they seem to stay cool. $25 for a king set, I think and you get 4 pillowcases.

I usually wait for a 30% kohls coupon to buy things like sheets and curtains. Sometimes they have decent sales on them too.
