Best President? History Debate??

At lunch today, a friend and I were discussing the mistakes of Bush and Clinton and how they have/are affecting society. He pointed out that "bad" presidents have gone back to Johnson, Nixon, and even Eisenhower, as he also had mistresses! Where do the "bad presidents" begin, in your opinion?
