Best POR Building??

We just booked POR for July, but wanted to know which building is the best. We are looking to spend most of the time in the parks, so our priority is location in relation to the buses and room quality. Also, which types of rooms are nicer - Alligator Bayou or Magnolia Bend (Mansion). Thanks!

It all depends on what your style is. For Dh & I we loved AB. The mansions are nice, but I found AB to be cozier. Building 38 was great for us. Not a long walk to anything & very quiet. The quiet pool in the next area-Acadian House was great. Building 38 is actually the last AB building then the mansions start. I felt like I was getting the best of both worlds. The decor is just different between the two areas & they both include all the same things. It just depends if you want something more 'fancy' or something more 'rustic' or 'woodsy'. We spend alot of time in the parks too, but loved coming back to the resort to relax. We loved it there & can't wait to go back.

I have stayed in Magnolia bend and really liked it. It was about a 2-3 min. walk to the bus stop. It was 8-10 min. walk to the restaurant and front desk. Ive never stayed at AB so I can't say about them. I have pics from in side my room if you want me to send them to you.

We really liked building 39. It worked out perfect for my family. It was in the AB section.
