Best Pool

We just decided to stay at a Universal Hotel for two nights, after Disney. What hotel has the best pool?? Does anyone know the pool hours at the hotels? I have two nephews and a niece, ages 2, 6,9, so they like "fun" pools!!!!

Having stayed at both HRH and RPH (trying PBH for the first time this summer), if the kids are into slides, HRH is the place to be. Although the RP has nice theming (and the younger one may prefer it), there is no pool slide. There is an interactive water play area with cannons, etc. If you liked the pool slide at CSR, HRH is even better! The pool is zero-entry, which means the 2 year old would be save and comfortable, while the older ones were sliding.

P.S. I know PBH also has a slide, and I'd love to hear from "experts" as to how it compares to HRH.

We stayed at PBH in March but pool hopped to HRH because the pool at PBH was closed for 2 days during our stay. The kids - ages 6 and 11 really enjoyed the slides at both hotels. The slide at HRH seemed to be a little faster but it appeared to be a toss up between the two hotels on which slide they preferred.

One of the coolest venues at the hotel, literally, is the pool - all 12,000 square feet of it! Hanging out here is a must for all guests at Hard Rock Hotel. Features include a sand beach, underwater sound system, interactive fountains, 260 foot pool slide and basketball hoop. There's even a collection of cool cabanas for rent - including themed cabanas like the Beatles' Yellow Submarine and Stevie Wonder's Musicquarium.

We like the RPR pool. The kids have a great time playing on the ship. We stayed there last summer and my little ones 4 and 2 and my nephew 8 had a ball there.

One of the things we really liked at HRH pool (besides slide and underwater music) was the cabanas. They are really a nice size. Also in the afternoon they did some activities with the kids which they really enjoyed.
