I wanted to know which hotel either onsite or off has the very best pool. At WDW is Orlando hands down is Storm along Bay at the Beach club.

We are going for DS birthday in early March so it needs to be indoors or very well heated.

From photos and reviews, I would say it's the one at Davy Crockett closely followed by the one at Sequoia Lodge. The outdoor pools won't be open in March.

Just re-read your post and see you're also asking about offsite - the Explorers pool is a great one and the water was always warm whenever we swam in it. I have read of people saying that the water in the Disney pools is rather chilly - the only time I've used a Disney pool was at the Newport Bay in that heatwave last summer so the water was very warm then!

I would agree with these two the pool at the Sequoia Lodge is good but you do need to leave the main hotel building to get to it. Here are some photos of the Sequoia Lodge pool.

Our girls always love a swim after a long day in the parks....they both said for younger guests they would vote for Sequoia Lodge but for swimming they love HNY (it's a bit cold though!)

All great answers as DS and DH want to stay onsite at the SL. I think we will use our DVC points rather than the AP discount just to save Euro. I hate to waste the points but it isn't that much in what I could I get renting them out.

DS will be so happy to stay onsite and with a great pool.

Thanks for the info.
