Best pool slide?

I was wondering which moderate resort had the best slide for my 8 yo daughter. Would love to hear everyone's opinion. Thanks!

I'm not very knowledgble about moderates but POFQ has a cool sea monster. Not quite as long as the one at YC/BC or as cool as the volcano at
poly but still avery nice slide and nice pool with a good poolside bar.

Our family likes the pool at Coronado Springs the best. It's a moderate, so not overly pricey.

Outside of the Yacht Club/Beach Club pool, this is, IMO, the best pool on property.

Go for POFQ. One - the slide is great. Two - the resort is the best.

CBR has a great slide, but because the resort is so big it might not be close to your room. At POFQ, the resort is smaller so everything is easier to get to.

Well the BEST is the one at B&Y Club--Stormalong Bay...but that is a deluxe.

The Coronado (a moderate) has the longest at 140 something feet long (The Jaguar Slide); the Caribbean recently redid their pool and has a couple of slides.

My girls LOVE the pool at POFQ and it never seems very crowded. We love the entire atmosphere of POFQ and highly recommend it!

My son loved the slide at CBR and CSR. He didn't seem to care for the slide at the Contemporary....not sure why? There are two slides at CBR one in a tunnel and one open. He also liked the slide at POFQ. His favorite was CSR though and I'll have to admit that I liked that one too!

Port Orleans French Quarter has a really cool slide, but the one at Coranado Springs is bigger and drops you about 8 feet at the end, which is fun.

Just be aware that all the pool slides are pretty tame and not steep at all. That said the one at WL is cool because it goes through a small tunnel.

If you want real slide excitement, head to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.

OP wants a moderate resort thought, not a deluxe.

The slide at POR is good too. Sort of through the woods then under a bridge and then to the pool. The playground is right nest to the poool as well which helps with the kids.

Another good thing is you can use the pools are POR and POFQ. 2 slides.

We've stayed at all the moderates. My kids love the pools/slides at CBR best! Definitely the most options there with a pirate ship complex with several small slides, plus a main pool with zero entry and 2 slides to choose from -- one open and one longer & enclosed! Plus several quiet pools.

We've stayed at all mods and my kids, ages 10 and 8, would vote CBR for best pool. In order based on pool slides they would pick CBR, CSR, POR, and last would be POFQ. While the slide at French Quarter looks cool its a very short and tame slide. Their favorite pool complex as a whole was CBR. You just can't beat two slides, zero entry pool, two hot tubs, and if you have a younger child the huge pirate ship play area is a blast. The first time we stayed at CBR they played on the pirate ship a lot, this past trip they thought they were too old. LOL. They were only a year older that the last trip, but still thought they'd "outgrown" it.

My 12 year old son thought the POFQ was "lame" but liked the slide at CSR. I think the POFQ slide is great for little kids, though.

We recently stayed at CBR and my DGD (7) loved the slides. My DD and myself even went down the enclosed slide. It's a lot of fun. We stayed at POFQ 2 years ago, when my DGD was 5 and the slide seemed perfect for her then. It seems more for a younger child. We stayed at CSR, but I wasn't with my DGD at the time, so I can't report on their slide, but it looked like it would be a lot of fun. I went down POR's slide a long time ago, but remember it was fun!
