Best Pool for a 3yold

What value resort has the best pool for a year old? I have always stayed off property so I have no idea!! Help!!

Pop - although all 4 value resorts are nice.

they have a children's pool - next to the main pool

also have a splash - goofy's fountain thing. the water comes like a fountain - when the kids run though it.... okay not a good description - hopefully someone will give a better one.

I agree w/ the PP, POP has a great pool for young kids.

My 4, 3, and 2 yr old DS's love the volcano pool at the poly. The zero entry is great for little ones. Opps didn't read the value part. In that case they loved the pop pool.
