With all the hype of WWOHP we are considering spending 1 or maybe 2 days at US/IOA.
Anyone recommend a decent planning book that specialises in Universal?

The Brits Guide is a pretty good all rounder too, with sections on all orlando stuff including a decent section on Universal :)

I bought the Unofficial Guide by Bob Sehlinger when we went to Universal a few years ago. It also covered SeaWorld. It was very informative about rides but I'm not sure if it's reprinted every year or not.

ETA: Here's the link on Amazon. :)

The only guidebook I know which specialises in Universal Orlando is Kelly Monaghan's.

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 Another vote for it - we had the 2008 one and have updated to the 2010 one - REALLY good - does the parks, City Walk and the resorts too. The parks are done ride by ride in depth , all eating spots , shopping too and loads of extra info. Each hotel also has about 10 pages of individual info on it too. There are simple touring plans for both parks.

I've bought this one for our October trip. It's very informative and well worth the purchase IMHO, even if you've been to Universal before. :thumbsup2
