My family of 6 (4 kids...10/7/5/5 and 2 adults) are heading to WDW this coming Saturday! We're staying at the Old Key West Resort. I was wondering if anyone had any tips/tricks as to how to best utilize our time on this upcoming crowded spring break crowd.

We're heading to MK on Sunday (Easter). I'm assuming we should hit Fantasy Land first. Which rides should we try and get Fast Passes first?

On Monday, we have Chef Mickey reservations at 8:30 AM and then we're heading back to MK.

We also have dinner reservations @ Tony's later that evening.

Does anyone have any tips/suggestions that might make our trip the most enjoyable?

Thank you!!

I can tell you this I just talked to my Uncle who works at MK and they were advised to be prepared for high crowds on Easter Sunday.

So I would suggest to you to get there before rope drop. During the whole week of Christmas the park had reached capacity by 11:00 a.m nearly every day and they turned folks who were not staying at a WDW resort away. SO go early. If Fantasy land is where you want to visit go there first! there is not FP for Belle and the wait last week was 60-70 minutes!!!! And the park was not crowded.

Expect it to be VERY crowded and use the FP systems.

The MK reached capacity this morning and was limited to hotel guests etc. So it's going to be a busy easter. I would agree you need to be there by rope drop if you are going to have fun and maximise your Fastpass opportunities. If the new Fantasy land is important to your children, I would get the FP's for there. By the time you finish at Chef Mickey's MK is going to be pretty crowded, so you might want to think about another park that day. Then come back for Tony's and do Wishes and the Parade if that's your kind of thing. (Assuming your dining is over by then.)

Cheers Larry.

Josh has some good tips about visiting MK during spring break on his site, today. He also gives excellent advice on the "best" park to visit each day. Check it out at easywdw.com.
