Best places to watch WISHES if you are NOT in MK?

Is there a good spot to head to outside the park to see WISHES? From a monorail resort maybe? There is one night during our stay when we have dinner plans elsewhere but would like to try to see the fireworks without rushing into MK to see them. Any suggestions?

You can see wishes from the beaches at the Poly. Also the California Grill is great but you have to have ADR's to go up there

If you could make dinner reservations at Ohana about 10- 15 minutes before Wishes starts you will see it and they even pipe in the music from MK!!!! It is so beautiful I still get teary just thinking about it. It was so wonderful.

Ferry Landing is a great place to watch.

Definitely from the docks at the Poly. The music is piped in the speakers, a cool breeze blows, a nice bench to sit on. and once it's over, you just hop on the boat back to MK. No crowds......

We watch it last year from the boat dock at the grand floridian, can't remember if the music was piped in there or not.

From the quiet pool on top of the new DVC Contemporary Tower, when its done.

We watched from the balcony of the Contemporary after dinner at Chef Mickey's.

We had a dinner at Chef Mickeys & rode the monorail into MK for Spectromagic. When it was over, we went back to get our car at Chef Mickey's & arrived just in time to see the fireworks from the parking lot at the Contemporary. We sat on the hood of the car & had a great, private view.

Last time I was there, the music wasn't piped in. Maybe it was a fluke.
