Can you suggest the best places to eat with character interaction.

Ive seen all these names of places but where are they situated?

I basically want to make sure my DD gets as much character interaction as possible as we like stalking :rotfl:

Thanks :thumbsup2

Hi, we did Donald's breakfast at Animal Kingdom - I think it is called Donald's safari now, this had Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Pluto.

Liberty Tavern in Magic Kingdom was great fun, lovely food and the characters were fun, the characters are there for dinner only. we had Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale.

For princesses we did storybook princesses meal at Akershus in Epcot, they was Belle, Snow White, Mulan, Jasmine and Sleeping Beauty.

1900 park Fayre at the Grand floridian hotel does character breakfasts and dinners, we did the dinner as it was Cinderella, the mice, fairy god mother and prince charming, they have the step sisters there now too.

There is also a character meal in the castle with Cinderella at magic kingdom, we have not done this one as it requires prepayment on a credit card.

Winnie the Pooh and friends are at crystal palace at the Magic Kingdom.

Play house disney characters have a meal some where in Hollywood studios, don't know much about it though as my DD is not into playhouse disney.

There is also character meals at cape may at Beach Club, Chef Mickey at the Contemporary and . Lilo and Stitch at Ohana at the Polynesian hotel. not done these yet though.

Ohana is also a great restaurant for dinner, there is no characters however they is lots of fun for kids, they race coconuts around the floor and play with maracas(sp)

Thanks

Nicci

The garden grill at epcot in the land is great as well and our favorites are chef mickeys and crystal palace.
Our DD is 5 now and when she was 4 we did
chef mickeys breakfast and dinner
Hollywood and vine breakfast
Resturantasourus AK
Cinderellas royal table breakfast
Crystal palace breakfast
Garden Grill epcot

all are great
we are going to try ohana this time for breakfast with lilo and stitch and also liberety tree tavern as have read good reports.

they are all good in there own ways
have fun:wizard:

We had very little character interaction at Crystal Palace breakfast.
Chef Mickeys and 1900 Park Fare were much, much better.

Chef Mickey's @ Contemporary Resort was our favourite breakfast - Mickey Minnie, Chip Dale, Donald Pluto,
Dinner at the Grand Floridian with the Disney Princess' was good but a little stuffy.
Dinner at The Liberty Tavern with Mickey Minnie Goofy and Pluto was excellent.
Dinner at The Crystal Palace with Pooh and Friends was really good - we had a late booking and were virtually left alone with the characters - they were very interactive and we got all the photos and autographs we could possibly hope for. We did breakfast here too but it was a bit more rushed.
Dinner at Cinderellas Royal Table was good but better when we took our DS for his 7th birthday

I think the later you can do a dinner reservation the better as the characters don't go until you are happy - worth the late night

I've never done a character breakkie but here are my fave character meals.

Crystal Palace (MK) lunch - delish food buffet style and good character interaction with Pooh and Friends.

Garden Grill (EPCOT) lunch - really lovely food (corn bread to die for) and the best character interaction and fun we ever had at a character meal with Chip and Dale - hilarious! The restaurant was quite empty and they spent ages with us in between every course.

Princess Storybook (EPCOT) lunch - Speciality food from Norway for starters laid as a buffet which was surprisingly good. Mains good. Puds served family style - really pleasant. Character interaction really good. Princesses on the day were Ariel, Snow White, Belle and Cinderella (which I'm told is rare) and the photo op on the way in was Aurora (Sleeping Beauty). My DD's really loved this one.
