Best Places for Pin Trading?

Hello, I recently got into pin trading (which is how I found this website) and the only place I know you can pin trade is the pin shop in frontierland. I herd there are pin traders in the emporium, but the last time I looked I could not find any pin traders there. Who knows good places for pin trading?

I'd like to know also. I'll be there in a few weeks and my family are big pin traders.
