Best Places for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Universal

Staying onsite at the Hard Rock Hotel for the first time ever for 3 nights in less than 6 weeks. In your opinion where are the best places for breakfast, lunch and dinner on property resorts, citywalk and in the parks. Do you need to make reservations ahead of time as well..thanks again
