I'm having trouble finding much info on Wishes, even on Deb's site. Where's the best place to watch this show and when does it start/end? We'll be there in August.
We were there late April and watched it from Main Street. Didn't see it from any other vantage point but how can you beat a view with Cinderella's Castle as a backdrop? You really don't have to worry too much about an obstructed view on Mainstreet or in front of the castle because the action is high in the sky.
When I was there they only turned out half the lights on main street- First time I saw it was at the train station with all lights blazing- Wasnt Impressed at *all*-
Next night we were by the Walt Statue which was *ALOT* better-
Still Im a Believe Fan- Wasnt all that impressed with wishes-
The rose garden pathway next to the entrance to tomorrowland is an excellent spot to view wishes. Tinkerbelle will fly right over you too and that is very cool to see.
I'd recommend standing on main street with clear view of the castle because stuff is projected on to it. But not too close because then you won't see the fireworks behind it. My parents stood in front of the train station and loved it. I always stood along main street.
Don't stand on the bridge by Fantasyland. There is a big tree there that will block the fireworks. It seemed so perfect while we were waiting, but alas, it was not.
I've also heard the Rose Garden is very good-and not as crowded as soom other spots. Also, maybe the seats at the Plaza Pavillion that overlook the canal. I think the roof overhead is right where Tink lands.
