Their is almost a firework show at night in each park...which do u think is the best and where in the park?

i found out that if you stand on the back side of the castle you can watch the fireworks without such a croud and they are litteraly right over you! it was realy cool!! but i must say my personaly favorite is illumintions at epcot and once we rented a boat and watched it from the international gateway...it is something i will never for get!!

okay. i only saw Illuminations (as far as actual fireworks go. cos i've seen Fantasmic).

we watched that one twice. the first time we got an okay view outside that really big store. though, it was kind of crappy cos there were a lot of people and a tree in the way. the second time we watched it, we got a nice view from the fence on the Canadian Pavillion. you know.. the fence with the maple leafs on them? yeah, that's not a bad spot.

There is a place in Epcot that in the off-season then allow you to go on...it's down some stairs and it's a little semi-circle.

In Magic Kingdom watch the Fireworks from Tom Sawyer Bridge (Idk if that's its "official" name) is awesome...as well as of course, right in front of the castle.

Fantasmic middle and center is best...just like a movie theatre...GOD do u have to get there early tho to get those seats!

AK = no fireworks yet...how come? :confused3

i once asked me parents why there wasn't any fireworks in AK. they said something about the animals being disturbed by them, and stuff like that. i'm not sure if it's true, or if i believe it. it's just what i've been told.

i think that they should totaly have fireworks too! but i think it would scare all the animals! maybe one like fantasmic where it is in its own place...that would be cool!

I have seen the fireworks in the Magic Kingdom right by the bridge that goes into Liberty Square. It was a great spot for not only the fireworks but I also got to see the Spectromagic parade up close cause it goes right over the bridge. I also have viewed the fireworks right outside the Crystal Palace, some trees were in the way.
Epcot I think has the best show. One of my favorite places to watch from is the bridge that links England with France. You get a really good view there. I also have seen them from a patio in England resturant. That was the best time.
I am not really a fan of Fantasmic. I have seen it twice now and I didn't mind the show but the wait was a little too long. I also hated how there was only one way in and out.

Magic Kingdom- Liberty Square is a good place, but all the cast members say the "bridge to Frontierland" (that's probably the bridge that everyone's referring to.) The castle area rocks, if you can get a good seat!

AK- Anywhere for the parade.

*I think the reason that AK doesn't have fireworks is because it closes at five, so the animals can rest.

Epcot- The eating area next to the restraunt in Mexico is really good!!! The food's great and you can just stay at your table right next to the lagoon and watch Illuminations.

MGM- Anywhere in Fantasmic has great viewing, middle is best. Only sit near the front if you want to get sprayed with water mist. You can see the parade anywhere.

Pretty much the best spots have already been discussed.

I know someone who works at AK and they have said the reason for no fireworks is that because the animals get agitated and restless and that the opening hours do not conincide with the times for fireworks.

I rented a boat and saw illuminations in Epcot..really good view :)

MK- I love watching wishes from the bridge that connects Tomorrowland and Fantasy Land, you can hear the music and the fire works are right over top of you and Tink flys right over top of you too!
Epcot- I've seen Illuminations from many different spots, but my favorite is definatly in the Mexico Pavillion, at a table right on the water. But, you have to get there at like 7 to be able to get a seat.
MGM- Fantasmic definatly center and middle...or front and center!

::yes:: I LOVE watching Spectromagic from there too! When I was little I had so many princesses and fairies and stuff come see me b/c there were so little amounts of people...
Oh wait...so when I was 15 Chip and Dale still said "Call me" by making that sign with their hands, LMAO! :lmao:

For me, holding onto my bro's shoulder and jumping up and down works fine. :rolleyes1

ak= no fireworks because i think it would agitate the animals
mgm= there is another way to get into fantasmic i think if you got it when you were planning for the trip you could go through the back way?
mk= wishes is good to see in the park and at the polynesian
epcot= i have to say riding in the boat to watch it was awesome

They are all so good! I can't choose one favorite. But I do know a good spot to see Illuminations. You have to book a dinner at the restaurant in the United Kingdom :charac2: . It's right on the water, so the from balcony seats you can see the whole show! pixiedust:

A good place to see Spectromagic :tink: ( in the Magic Kingdom) is from the Tomorrowland Transit Authority. The Transit Authority isn't popular so there is never a line! :cheer2:

I have almost had prime viewing spots for the MK fireworks falling into my lap. If you go on splash mountain while they are going on it's amazing. The best place I've found was at the Fort Wilderness Campground it's amazing. Only you and the fireworks, it's almost impossible to be alone at Disney. Let me tell you that the spot where I watch isn't open unless you want to pay $5. It also gives a great view of the electrical floats on Bay Lake before Wishes starts. That's all I can say! You'll have to figure out where it is to get this prime viewing spot!

Well I’ve learned that if u go to Mickey's Toontown in front of Mickey’s country house, over to the left is a great spot to watch Wishes and also you can go by the Tomorrowland speedway and see them too. If ur at Epcot go by Morocco you can go where the boats dock and come really close to the laggon and some great Fireworks! . Fantasmic, get there as early as u can and sit in the front row!

illuminations is amazing , we sat in the semi circle , we had to sit down and look through the fence but we still managed to get a good view though ! you can get food nd stuff from the " british " but the fish is tiny !! :teeth:
